Listen before solving
Time and attention to explore the real question, including what may be difficult to say out loud.
Senior leader Leadership coach
I work with people navigating bigger responsibilities, difficult decisions and the gap between the leader they are and the leader they want to become.

Coaching
You already bring experience, judgement and ambition. My role is not to tell you what your answer should be, but to help you see more clearly what is happening, what matters and what you want to do next.
I offer a warm, confidential and non-judgemental space, with genuine curiosity and enough challenge to move beyond the first or most comfortable answer.
Time and attention to explore the real question, including what may be difficult to say out loud.
Thoughtful questions and honest observations that help uncover assumptions, patterns and new possibilities.
Space to decide what a meaningful next step looks like, without forcing a neat answer before it is ready.
Is coaching for you?
Coaching can be useful when something feels important, unresolved or ready to change.
“Helping people realise what they are capable of has been a thread throughout my life.”
Why coaching
I began teaching martial arts at 14 and later ran my own training company. From the start, I was drawn to helping people recognise and develop abilities they had not always seen in themselves.
My later career has brought commercial success and senior responsibility, but the truth is that it has not been built on my being the cleverest person in the room. My greatest contribution has been recognising the abilities of the people around me, helping unlock them and creating environments in which people can do their best work.
Coaching feels like a natural continuation of that. I am now formalising years of practical experience through a Level 7 qualification in Leadership Coaching and Mentoring, and developing a vocation that sits squarely alongside my values: helping people think more clearly, lead with greater confidence and realise more of their potential.
Experience
I am Head of Commercial Strategy at CrossCountry, where I lead a department of 50 and am accountable for more than £500 million in annual passenger revenue.
Across 10+ years, I have led teams and functions in commercial strategy, business analysis, revenue protection and ticketing, and safety and security. I have also run my own business. I understand the reality of leading people while managing competing priorities, senior stakeholders and outcomes that matter.
That experience does not make me the authority on somebody else’s situation. It means I can understand the context without losing sight of the person within it.
